Bella’s Accessories & Apparels Inc., doing business as Bella’s Bargain Outlet (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operates bellasbargainoutlet.com and the Facebook application “comments-for-live-video.”
This policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete personal information in connection with our website, purchases, customer support, and Facebook comment management application.

Information We Collect
Website and device information
When you visit our website, we may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device details, cookie information, pages viewed, and interactions with the website.
Purchase and customer support information
When you place an order or contact us, we collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and customer support correspondence. Payment information is processed through our commerce platform and payment providers.
Facebook comment information
When authorized and made available by Meta, our application processes comment text, comment identifiers, timestamps, and the commenter’s name and user identifier from comments on our Facebook Page’s videos.
The current review demonstration reads one fixed test comment written by an app administrator. Access to ordinary customer identities has not yet been verified.

How We Use Information
We use information to:
• Process purchases, arrange delivery, and provide order support.
• Respond to questions and customer service requests.
• Maintain website functionality, security, and performance.
• Provide marketing communications and measure website or advertising activity, where applicable.
• Display Facebook comments and help staff associate a purchase request with the correct person.
• Meet applicable recordkeeping and legal requirements.
A Facebook user identifier helps distinguish people who share the same name. The comment management application does not request Facebook passwords or payment details from commenters.

Current Facebook Review Demonstration
The current demonstration uses a server-held Facebook access token to retrieve one fixed administrator test comment.
Test product associations exist only in the current browser page. They are cleared when the test session is cleared, the page is refreshed, or the page is closed.
This demonstration does not save customer records or create inventory changes, payment links, or Shopify orders. Facebook access tokens are not displayed to reviewers or visitors.
If we expand the application to retain customer or order associations, we will update this policy to describe the applicable storage, retention, and deletion practices before introducing that functionality.

Service Providers and Sharing
We share information with service providers as needed to operate our services, including:
• Shopify, for our online store and commerce services.
• Payment and shipping providers, to process payments and fulfill orders.
• Website analytics and advertising providers, where those services are used.
• Google, whose infrastructure processes application requests through Google Apps Script.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or necessary to respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell personal information. Service providers and Meta may process information under their own privacy policies. Depending on the service, information may be processed outside your country of residence.

Cookies and Marketing Choices
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising where applicable.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any consent controls available on the website. Disabling some cookies may affect website functionality.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. Transactional communications related to orders or support may still be sent.

Data Retention
We retain purchase and support information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve issues, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations.
The current Facebook review demonstration does not persist customer records or test product associations. Test associations remain only in the current browser page.
Deleting information from our systems does not delete information independently held by Meta, Shopify, or another provider.

Your Privacy Requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to make other privacy-related requests.
To make a request, email support@bellasbargainoutlet.com. We may request limited additional information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.
Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve transactions. If an exception applies to your request, we will explain it in our response.

Facebook App Data Deletion Instructions
These instructions apply to “comments-for-live-video.”
To request deletion:

Use the subject “Facebook App Data Deletion.”

Describe the information you want deleted. If available, include the relevant Facebook comment link so we can locate it.
Do not send your Facebook password, access token, payment information, or government identification.
We will review your request, verify it where necessary, and delete applicable information held by our application, except information we are required to retain by law.
For the current demonstration, select “Clear test session,” refresh, or close the page to clear the browser’s test associations. No customer records or orders are saved by this demonstration.
Deleting information from our application does not delete your original Facebook comment. To remove that comment, use Facebook’s comment deletion controls. If you previously authorized the application, you can also remove its access through Facebook’s Apps and Websites or Business Integrations settings, as applicable.

We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The revised policy and effective date will be posted on this page.
