Damages and Issues
For items that arrive damaged:
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your request, we require clear photos of the item and a video recording of the unboxing as supporting evidence. this is required to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, a return shipping label will be sent to your email.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will promptly issue your refund or arrange a replacement, as applicable.
