Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Bella's Bargain Outlet. We aim to provide clear and transparent shipping information to ensure your bargains arrive smoothly.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: All shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination at the time of purchase.

• No Free Shipping: We do not currently offer a free shipping tier. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 states within the United States.

• Contiguous U.S.: Applies to the 48 contiguous United States.

• Extended Regions: Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories will incur higher shipping rates due to carrier surcharges. These rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Exclusions: At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Contiguous U.S.: 3 to 7 business days after processing.

• Alaska, Hawaii, & Territories: 7 to 14 business days after processing.

• Note: Delivery dates are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

5. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
