We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bella's Bargain Outlet. Please review our policy below for details on how to return items and receive a refund.
1. Return Window
We accept returns for up to 14 days after the item has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process

Required Information: Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Supporting Evidence: For damaged or incorrect items, we require clear photos and an unboxing video to process your request.

Shipping Address: Items must be sent to: 31164 Huntwood ave, Hayward, CA 94544. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Fees

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item for any other reason, the customer is responsible for paying the actual cost of return shipping.

Restocking Fees: We charge a 15% restocking fee for standard returns (change of mind).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
- Restocking Fee Waiver: We never charge a restocking fee if the return is due to a merchant error, damage, or a defective product.
- Store Credit: We will waive the restocking fee if you choose store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale: Certain items, such as those explicitly marked as "Final Sale" (including specific Facebook Live specials), cannot be returned or exchanged.

Other Items: We cannot accept returns on gift cards, perishable goods, or personal care items.
